From the salespeople to the service team, everyone does their best to create a positive outcome for you. I took my car in for a routine oil change, and it was a madhouse due to employees calling off and people with unexpected car repairs. Things took longer than normal, but they were extremely apologetic and continued to check in with everyone who was waiting. Their genuine care and concern shine through!

Tom is awesome! He made the process, quick, easy ,and efficient. He didn't try to upsell another vehicle to me OR do the bait and switch. He even sent me a video tour of the car. Zach in finance was also great! He got me a good deal and quick! He was very thorough . I was originally looking at cars on Carvana and the cars were priced much much higher with higher interest rates. Overall the experience was pleasant and it felt personal 🙂

We had a coupon for services, we decided to use it on an oil change, and test drive a ridgeline. They were very thorough and honest, they let us know the next oil change we might need to replace a couple filters. Heather Newton the sales lady was very knowledgeable.
